General Rules
A return request must be submitted within one day from the moment the order is received, provided there is a defect or fault in the product. Any requests sent after one day of receipt will not be considered.
There will be no return fees if there is any defect in the items or a difference in the product.
The product to be returned must be in the same condition as it was received, with all its accessories (bag, packaging, etc.) and must not have been used. A product that has been used and still has a price tag is considered a used product and cannot be returned.
The product to be returned must be in the same package or wrapping in which it was received.
More than three orders containing ten or more products are not allowed to be returned.
How can I return or exchange a product?
Contact us via WhatsApp and submit a return or exchange request for a product, and one of our customer service representatives will respond to you.
- The return or exchange request will be reviewed by customer service and responded to within one day of submission.
- Three photos of the product to be returned or exchanged must be attached inside its box (from three different angles of the item).
- Send the product to be returned or exchanged through the delivery company, where the team will assist you and answer any inquiries.
